On Site Consulting
We provide on site
evaluation and consulting on an appointment basis. There is no charge for this service.
For our out-of-state and Anchorage clients we will make weekend and evening appointments.
We request the client furnish a plat of the property. We provide measuring devices, a
right angle prism, and a transit/level to check ground elevations.
Considerations Prior To
Site Work:
We believe evaluation of the building site, surrounding property, drainage, site
contours, future development, well and septic locations, accessibility, soil type and
conditions, ground water table, electric availability, water well average depth and
direction of the sun for south east exposure, are just a few of the site considerations
that should be looked at prior to any site work and construction. Everyone needs to be on
the "same page" and "same sheet of music" if we are to
be successful and have a completed project that we are all proud of.
Try To Eliminate Surprises:
We believe after 25 years of site development, that the
ability to eliminate "costly surprises" is directly related to the scope
of the investigation and the amount of time spent on site evaluation. Our clients have our
total support and attention to detail to make our proposal as "surprise free"
and on budget as possible. Remember, no one has x-ray vision. A test hole on site is the
best plan for determining site preparation and long term development cost.......!
